Achieve quality business growth by acquiring New to Bank customer's through sales calling based on defined objectives,
Emphasis on fostering and deepening of the customer's relationship through effective cross sale of Insurance and Investment corporate products for the client’s needs.
Identify and target new corporate customer segments to expand the Banc assurance services and portfolio through Branches.
Effectively widen relationship by maintaining Relationship contact plan.
Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Maintain customer dossiers to provide seamless service.
Provide effective customer service to achieve a higher percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct all Sales and service activities within the risk and compliance parameters as defined from time to time.
Awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to Money Laundering Prevention.
> Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing bases.

Desired Skills & Experience

Knowledge & Experience:

Approx.3-4 years of Insurance Sales experience ( preferred).
Knowledge of Banc assurance (Insurance & Investments) products and services.
Sound Understanding of Banking practices.
Knowledge of Wealth Management principles (preferred).
